How do I apply for a scholarship?
Browse scholarships on the Discover tab, select one that matches your profile, and tap "Apply Now". Fill out the application and upload any required documents.
How long does student verification take?
Verification typically completes within 24–48 hours. You will receive an in-app notification and email when your status changes.
How do I create a scholarship as a donor or organization?
Go to your Donor or Company Dashboard, tap "Create Scholarship", fill in the details and eligibility criteria, then fund it securely through our payment system.
When are scholarship funds disbursed?
Funds are released according to each scholarship's terms, typically after winner selection and identity verification are complete.
Is my personal and payment information secure?
Yes. We use secure, provider-hosted payment workflows and never store raw bank or card details on our servers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
Can I apply to multiple scholarships?
Yes. You can apply to as many scholarships as you qualify for. We recommend reviewing each scholarship's eligibility requirements before applying.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email us at support@iamascholar.com with the subject "Delete Account" from your registered email address.
